Lost & Found
In the event of lost and/or damaged baggage, passengers are kindly requested to contact the airport Lost & Found office located inside the arrivals area.
The service handles the management of lost property and mishandled baggage, providing assistance to passengers in cases of delays, damage or failed delivery of personal belongings. Dedicated staff register reports, track baggage through international systems and arrange its recovery and return.
The service also supports travellers who have lost items inside the terminal, collecting and cataloguing objects found throughout the airport areas. It represents an essential point of reference for ensuring prompt and effective assistance, helping to make the travel experience more stress-free even in unexpected situations.
