PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility): A dedicated assistance service for passengers with reduced mobility or special needs, ensuring a comfortable and safe journey.

  • Support throughout the airport journey: from entrance to check-in, through security controls, all the way to the gate and boarding
  • Assistance during boarding and disembarkation: with qualified staff and, where necessary, equipment such as wheelchairs or lift vehicles
  • Help with baggage collection and exiting the airport
  • Free service, but must be requested in advance through the airline, preferably at least 48 hours before the flight
