Ground Handling Regulation
The Ground Handling Regulation applies to all activities carried out within the airport premises and is addressed to all parties who access the airport infrastructure, on any basis.
The Regulation was produced in implementation of art. 2 of Legislative Decree no. 237/04, converted into Law 265/04, which establishes the obligation to adopt a specific ground handling regulation for each airport.
It contains the rules and procedures in force at the airport, developed to ensure the safe and regular use of infrastructure and facilities.
The Regulation incorporates the previous provisions already contained in the orders issued by the airport director, highlighting in particular the obligations that the various parties operating at the airport assume mutually and towards ENAC, as well as the conditions under which the different services are provided.
