Services for families

  • Changing tables: available in all women’s restrooms.
  • Family bathrooms: with child-sized toilet located inside the women’s restroom next to the Main Hall bar.

Pregnant women

Passengers are advised to inform the airline at the time of booking, especially during the last 4 weeks of pregnancy, in cases of high-risk pregnancy, or multiple pregnancy. Always check whether medical documentation is required.

Unaccompanied minors travelling on their own

The following are considered “unaccompanied minors”:
– Ages 5–14 (domestic flights)
– Ages 5–15 (international flights)

This condition must be declared at the time of booking to activate the assistance service. The child must be accompanied to the airport by a parent or legal guardian.

Rules for children under 14 travelling alone

A declaration of accompaniment issued by the Questura is mandatory. It may be provided in paper format or recorded directly on the minor’s passport.
