Compliance Monitoring

In accordance with Regolamento UE 139/2014, Sogeaal has established a Compliance Monitoring Management system with the objective of ensuring continuous control, monitoring, and maintenance of compliance with the operational and technical requirements set by applicable regulations.

The Compliance Manager is responsible for:

• Ensuring the maintenance of the Airport Certification and the Certification Basis (CB)
• Verifying that the Airport Manual and its amendments comply with current regulations
• Checking compliance with established training and qualification requirements that impact airport Safety
• Defining and implementing a specific audit programme covering the airport, the organisation, procedures, and key operational processes, including periodic reviews for each relevant area
• Monitoring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including activities carried out by third parties
• Managing identified non-conformities and verifying the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
• Reporting audit results and follow-up actions to the Accountable Manager
• Cooperating with the Safety Manager to ensure effective management of the Change Management process
