Sustainability

SOGEAAL has been operating responsibly towards all its stakeholders for over twenty-five years, with the aim of generating shared value in support of the local territory, while combining the need for economic and financial stability and growth with the pursuit of environmental, social and good governance (“ESG”) objectives. With the aim of effectively communicating its commitments and results achieved, in 2020 the Company launched the drafting of its first Sustainability Report, which therefore represents for SOGEAAL the beginning of a journey of measuring and improving its ESG performance not only at a strategic level, but also at an operational one. The quantitative definition and measurement of sustainability trends will enable the pursuit of long-term objectives, thereby ensuring the strengthening of oversight mechanisms over the processes of implementation, measurement and reporting of its initiatives and activities.
